When I weighed myself on 05 January 2010, I was shocked. The
scales said 99kg. To get my BMI (Body Mass Index) from
obese to normal I needed to lose 22kg.
My goal was to lose 1kg a week for 9 weeks. I lost 6kg. It's a
start. I have cut back on unhealthy foods. My diet now includes
more low-fat food and fresh fruit. My weight-loss now is very gradual. I
need to spend time on the exercise bike.
Current weight is 90.6kg. I
am hoping to get my weight below 90kg again.
