06 March 2010: In Thailand for a week's holiday.

Diet and Exercise

I weighed myself on Tuesday, 05 January 2010. I need to lose 22kg to get my BMI (Body Mass Index) down from 30.6 (obese) to 24.9 (normal).

My goal was to lose 1kg a week for 9 weeks.

No more unhealthy meals and snacks. My diet will be low-fat and include a lot of fresh fruit.

Here's how my weight-loss is going:
